Created for women entering their unfazed era

You've spent years saying yes, holding it all together, and dealing with more than anyone realizes. And every time you ignore your own needs, you lose a little more connection with yourself.
Download this free guide to discover why saying no feels so difficult, and how to rebuild the self-trust to choose yourself without guilt.
Inside, you'll learn how to
"The most important relationship you have in life is the one you have with yourself."
— Diane von Furstenberg
You'll finish reading the guide with a powerful practice for recognizing when your body is saying no, trusting that wisdom, and responding with courage and compassion.
"You did not fail to learn confidence. You learned to read your environment before you ever learned to study yourself."
— Chocolako
If you grew up in a home, faith, or culture where a woman's yes was simply expected, you didn't lose your voice. You learned to survive without it.
Your no isn't missing. It was trained out of you. And you cannot shame a reflex into changing. You can only give it new evidence, gently and often.
This guide is the evidence.

The biology of fawn and freeze and why that was never a character flaw.

How to name what you're actually choosing when you finally hold your ground.

Breath, spine, and language tools for the moment your throat tightens.

One small assignment a day, building toward the no that matters most.

I am the first woman in my lineage to say no to an arranged marriage. When I finally said the word none of the women before me got to say, it did not feel powerful. It felt like the floor was dropping out.
What I found on the other side changed the course of my life and the lives of thousands of women I've coached since. This guide is what I wish someone had pressed into my hands 20 years ago.
I hold a BSc from Vanderbilt University, an MPH from University of California Berkeley, and an MBA from Cass Business School in London. Before healing arts work, I led a $100 million critical care budget at Massachusetts General Hospital and oversaw market access strategies for GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals across African markets.
Today my teachings hold one steady invitation: never shrink to be chosen.
Through my framework, Somatic Feminine Intelligence™ I guide women through their own body-led healing where wisdom actually resides.
I am the creator of the Womb Wisdom & Wellbeing 200-hour Yoga Alliance Teacher Training, and welcome women from around the world into understanding the layers of their purpose and power.
Because of what it protects.
